It is lovely to read about all of the places that you can go to, now is your time!

If you want to say YES to your next trip and planning stops you in your tracks, this is the right place. There are many reasons we let barriers get in the way of making our dreams come true or checking things off our bucket list.

I made a conscious decision long ago to live my life with few regrets.

Making that decision has meant that there are choices and sometimes risks to make this a reality. I have found that the rewards have been worth it for me.

Live life with no regrets

I don’t mean to get morbid. However, losing over 500,000 souls has traumatized us all collectively in the last year.

Trauma has made us look at life differently and realize that life is a journey; tomorrow is not promised. Now is your time.

Looking at a list of 5 regrets collected over many years for people in their final stage might be a reminder.
1. Wishing “I wish I’d had the courage to live a life true to myself, not the life others expected of me.”
2. Thinking “I wish I hadn’t worked so hard.”
3. If  only “I’d dared to express my feelings.”
4. Saying to yourself, “I wish I had stayed in touch with my friends.”
5. “I wish that I had let myself be happier.”

Live Life With No Regrets

Often, we have feelings of regret and disappointment and believe that today’s life would be better or happier if we had done something differently in the past.

Isn’t it funny how tomorrow looks better than today when it comes to getting things done?

We put off doing those things that are so important for us. We lie to ourselves and say we will do them later, tomorrow, or the day after tomorrow. It’s time to stop fooling around. This is your life.

To help make your travel dreams come true, I have put together a short resource list of women-owned businesses.

These business owners share my vision for making travel easy and enjoyable for women over 50.

I know many women who have the money but not the time to put a trip together. Let’s not live with any more regrets.

Here is a list of travel advisors, travel apps, and other resources that can be helpful as you decide to make your post-pandemic travel plans.

It is time to fulfill the promise, now is your time! Women-owned businesses provide these services.

Betty, I love your Blog. Its extremely informative and insightful. I love your honesty and I can feel your authenticity in every word written. I’m a woman over 50, and while the Pandemic took a great toll on my business (Like many, I’ve been closed since March 2019) but I’ve always been a person to look at the glass as 1/2 full rather than 1/2 empty. As you know, I’m planning to cruise the Greek Isle in 2022 abord a new ship called ‘The Beyond’ on Celebrity Cruiseline. I agree whole heartedly, Life with No Regrets.
